Twitter, Mixer Labs, Google, and a Dragon. Oh My!

We are zooming to the future, and Twitter is going to show us what is there when we arrive.
Twitter purchased Mixer Labs, creators of GeoAPI.com and Townme.com. By making this purchase, Twitter is opening new frontiers with marvelous possibilities, despite what are sure to be some paranoid concerns.

Google Kicks FeedBurner In Gear With Twitter Integration

Just yesterday, December 15, 2009, Google announced it has started its own URL shortening service, called goo.gl. Because of all the other URL shrinking services out there this news would not be such a big deal, but Google hadn't applied the new service to their recent acquisition of  FeedBurner.
